What placement opportunities are given to students in India after completing B.Des from Chandigarh University?

I'd personally lean towards Chandigarh University—especially when it comes to placements and industry exposure. What I found interesting is that CU has recently tied up with UltraTech Cement and even launched a full-fledged Centre of Excellence right on campus. That means students actually get to work on real-world projects, learn about sustainable construction, and connect with professionals from the industry.

They've also started a Geoinformatics & Remote Sensing Centre in collaboration with PRSC, which is amazing if you're interested in smart technologies used in civil projects today.

Placement-wise, CU's support is strong. They train you well from the beginning—aptitude, interviews, soft skills, everything. And if you're a good scorer, you can also grab a CUCET scholarship, which reduces your fee a lot.

Yes, it is really the best decision to pursue BSc in airlines and you should do it from Chandigarh University. 

The university provides an excellent programme on airlines and airport management specialised education offered through CU, having additional strong industry links with reputed names like Air India, Emirates, Qatar Airways, and Singapore Airlines among others. This can be considered as great opportunities for students post-graduation concerning placement.

The university believes more in practice and global exposure, and hence offers exchange programs to universities in New Zealand, France, and Switzerland. There are also international internships with companies like The Walt Disney Company, allowing students to work on a global scale. 

If you want to take on a career in aviation management, the programme at Chandigarh University offers the necessary exposure, training, and placements. In a nutshell, it is a significant step toward a successful aviation career.

There is no doubt in this that Chandigarh University stands out the best in terms of everything. I would like to tell you that the unviersity doesn't offer B.Tech, instead, it offers B.E., which is actually a great option. B.E. The university also has strong connetions with top companies and provides industry-sponsored labs like the Mircosift Innovation Centre and the IBM Software Lab. The placement opportunities are also amazing. Big companies like Microsoft, Google, Accenture, Amazon, and IBM regularly visit the campus for hiring and offer students really high-paying jobs.

Campus life is super diverse too with students from all over India and beyond it's a real melting pot of cultures and there's never a dull moment with all the events and activities they organize.

Both Chandigarh University (CU) and Lovely Professional University (LPU) offer solid BBA programs, but LPU has a slight edge in my opinion.

LPU's BBA curriculum is more industry-aligned and diverse, offering multiple specialisations like Marketing, Finance, HR, International Business, and even newer areas like Digital Marketing and Business Analytics. The exposure students get through guest lectures, internships, live projects, and tie-ups with companies like NSE Academy, HDFC, and more adds real value.

Infrastructure-wise, LPU has a more expansive campus, better sports and hostel facilities, and a more vibrant campus life. Placement-wise, both universities offer decent opportunities, but LPU has consistently attracted recruiters from top firms like KPMG, Amazon, and Deloitte with packages going up to ?7–9 LPA for BBA students in some cases.

If you're looking for broader exposure, better industry connections, and a more dynamic campus life,  LPU would be a better choice.
