What placement opportunities are given to students in India after completing B.Des from Symbiosis Institute of Design?

Hello, Symbiosis Institute of Design is part of Symbiosis International deemed to be University. This gives it a wide scope to design it's courses as per the market demand. The institute is located in Pune, the second most industrialized city in Maharashtra after Mumbai. Due to this, the institution is well placed to tap into this pool for placing it's students at appropriate levels. Again, the Institute has not given out any specific data about placements of students year wise. It indeed has given out a long list of industries that came for campus recruitment. This, in itself is great to show that possibly almost all students must have been placed. Symbiosis has a great name in academic circles and it's courses are considered to be tailored to the market demands and this in turn enables it to place students for internships followed by actual placements after the end of the course. I would say that students have great opportunities for placements here.
