KR Mangalam University was founded in 2013 and has a new presence in the media studies as well as in higher education. Being at Gurgaon is an advantage as well as a limitation as there are many other institutions and universities around in the NCR.
The placements of the institution are yet to make a remarkable mark with the media industry.
Besides, The website does not show any Media House visiting the campus. Most of the employers including NIIT are the IT domain employers.
Possible Careers for which the students can go themselves or the institution may try to bring:
Reporter with a Print Media-Newspaper or Managing
    Editor of a Newspape
    ...more
