At aaft, there are mutiple kitchens which is used by the mutliple sessions. For Diploma and short term courses, they have basic training kitchen . For Bachelors or Bsc in culinary students, they have advance training kitchens. At aaft, bakery lab is also separate which is primarily focused on Bakery

At AAFT School of Hospitality and Tourism we offer multiple Kitchen labs, For first year we have BTK ( Basic Training Kitchen) where they learn basic of cunliary, then we have QTK ( Quantity Training Kitchen ) for Indian cusine where they learn bulk cooking, then we have ATK ( Advance Training Kitch

In Hotel management programme AAFT is having Housekeeping Operation Lab, Front office lab, F&B Service Lab, Basic Training Kitchen Lab, Quantity Training Kitchen Lab, Advance training Kitchen Lab and Bakery and confectionary lab.

Basic training kitchen, advance training kitchen and bakery and confectionery are integral part of hospitality course but most importantly the other departments likes Food and Beverage training rest
