What practical skills do a BBA in finance student or MBA in finance student needs to develop to get a good job?

Two most important aspects are practical usage of statistics or quantitative technique and analytical skills. They need to know exactly what they are presenting and tell its implications. They should be able to analyse the data and present it in the manner where decision maker can get the benefit from it in the decision making process.
