what preparations one must do before applying for call centers (voice process) after graduation? is any coaching required?

well not compulsion.some call centers do not ask for any expirience,they would instead provide training to you.you will should have a good english speaking,listening and reading abilty. you can try and improve your english.best of luck,cheers!
