NIT-K has a great location, amazing campus life, lots of events and activities, variety of clubs and sports. NITK CSE is the best for placements. Problems are problems if you feel that so. I don't think you will have any problem in campus apart from the summer temperature.

The general problem in CSE branch is the study material which has not been changed for many years. Current technology is not mentioned in the syllabus so students cannot learn about new technologies.

The only thing you will face, as part of CSE branch NITK is competition. The batch has really brilliant minds who are willing to put in any amount of effort to excel technically.
