    The general problem in CSE branch is the study material which has not been changed for many years. Current technology is not mentioned in the syllabus so students cannot learn about new technologies.

    NIT-K has a great location, amazing campus life, lots of events and activities, variety of clubs and sports. NITK CSE is the best for placements. Problems are problems if you feel that so. I don't think you will have any problem in campus apart from the summer temperature.

    The only thing you will face, as part of CSE branch NITK is competition. The batch has really brilliant minds who are willing to put in any amount of effort to excel technically. The CSE department has really good professors and labs to aid teaching. The department is really project oriented and the course gets hectic due to lot of project submission and assignments. Overall, life at NITK is amazing due to the peers and seniors who are always inspiring one to strive harder. The amount of opportunities at college are laudable.
