What problems will I face it I take a year drop and apply for improvement but I am not able to make into IITs?

I am going to appear for improvement for CBSE because I dont think that I have performed well this year.

    There will not be any problem. Only the problem that may occur is that some top good companies at the time of their recruitment may not hire drop students.
