What problems will I face while going for a job? I am good at programming and logics but bad at theory paper of my BCA 1st-year course.
I will barely achieve 50% in the theory paper but I do freelancing and self-practice regarding web development, basic software and web apps. What should I do further to get a well-paid job?

It seems you are not putting an effort in theory papers. Any recruiter looks at the overall performance of students. Therefore, you are advised to put the effort in all papers equally to score well.
