What profile is required/expected for a passout to work for international agencies like WWF etc. like you mentioned earlier ?

Hi Swati! International agencies always look out for experienced candidates. So while it would be easy to get a internship with these organizations, they would seldom take a fresher. I think it makes sense in that they expect candidates to be aware of the ground realities and that he/she should have worked for some years at the grass root level to achieve that kind of maturity from doing projects aligned to their mission and vision. So it would be unrealistic to expect a placement in an international agency immediately after graduating. However, I have seen WWF recruit few freshers this year. Good grades, passion and ability to deliver might have just made the difference. Also, your internship matters a lot. Hope that helps.
