What profile is required to get a call from IIM?

You can get a call irrespective of your profile. Work experience guys have higher chances, you need to give CAT and score 99%ile so that you can be eligible for GDPI.

The profile does matter, as most of the IIMs consider various parameters like your 10th, 12th marks, gender, reservation category, etc. To give IIM calls.
Also, you can not only get a call but also get admissions in IIMs with a percentile lesser than 99 (even for general category student).
