The Management Development Programme is a course designed to turn employees into successful leaders. It looks to improve one's management and leadership skills, and at the same time, work on managing teams better. Most MDPs are normally designed for people with some prior management experience. This may include specialists holding bachelor's degrees in various disciplines and already holding executive positions.
