What qualification is needed to become a pilot? I am from arts stream.

1. At least 18Years of age.
2. Pass Class 12 with PCM, 50% Aggregate. Apart from the above no other primary qualifications are required to start the CPL Training. Class 1 medical (For Issue of CPL) is required later, although it should be done in advance to confirm if you have any observations in medical standard required for a pilot. Now if you do not have PCM @ +2 level than at present you are not eligible. But you may attain eligibility by appearing PCM subjects in the next attempt of board exams. All the best. -
