MCA or M.Sc, it/CSE with 70% minimum and compulsory B.Ed with at least 65%. Marks and experience will be an advantage for you. And, if you have qualified CTET than your position can be made permanent in some cases.

It is also compulsory to possess a B.Ed with 50% marks. This will enable you to apply for PGT posts in KVS.
