What qualification to go for to enhance my career prospects. Also Options of going abroad for better growth?

I am 39 year old male, B.Com. And CAIIB. Having 14 years of Insurance and Banking experience in retail operations. Since last 9 years have been working in a PSU bank. But now seems my career growth has come to a stand still and unable to move ahead from here. Looking for options of higher studies.
