    The minimum qualification to apply for the BSPHCL Assistants post is a Bachelor's degree. If you want to work as an assistant in a specific department, you must have the following degree:
    1. For assistant electrical engineer and assistant engineer, you need to have an engineering degree.
    2. To be an assistant IT manager, you need to have either a B.Tech, B.E. , or MCA degree.
    3. For assistant operator, you need to have a Diploma recognised by either NCVT or SCVT.
    4. For an assistant personnel officer, you need to have a postgraduate Diploma. To apply for these positions, you must be between the ages of 21 and 37.

    Candidate should be a graduate in any discipline from a recognised University or college. Those who are appearing in the final year of graduation cannot apply.
