For being an sopftware engineer ine need to have the following qualifications-
>B.Tech(I.T/C.S) or
>BCA and MCA
>Join NIIT for GNIIT course which is equivalent to the qualification for software engineer
All these qualification will help to get into the I.T sector easily in any of the fields

NIITs GNIIT programme is useful to pursue along with your graduation. Please try to contact the nearest NIIT centre. With+2 Commerce, you will find yourself ineligible to pursue an engineering graduation.

for Software engineer job in Multi national company, you need MCA or BE (computer science) or higher qualification.
For average company, You should have done diploma / computer course..

It means after 12th we have to enroll in NIIT for direct path. Is IIT important for this? I am class 11th student and I want to become software developer. So I need guidance. Can you tell me what is the direct path for software developer?
