    If you are class 12th passed with at least 50% marks, then you are completely eligible for nearly all graduation courses. Open Universities do not have very high eligibility criteria.

    You need to score good marks in your boards and entrance exams of colleges, if they conduct any. Good luck.

    As you are saying that you want to get admission in an open university, the qualification for doing any graduation course is class 12th.
