You are advised to do 10+2 with Science and Physics and Maths as main subjects. You can join any flying club to learn flying and obtain CPL license after 10+2 PCM subjects. You can also appear for NDA exam conducted by UPSC to become a Pilot in Indian Air Force.

Choose PCM stream in 10+2. There are different requirements of different colleges but the basic one is at least 60% marks but actually you must have 80% for getting admission in a good institution. I would suggest you IGA, Delhi which is one of the best in India. Duration of courses also vary from college to college.
All the best for your future.
