In the IAS interview test, candidates will be judged on different skills stated below: Mental Alertness, Critical Powers of Assimilation, Clear and Logical Exposition, Balance of Judgement, Variety and Depth of Interest, Ability for Social Cohesion and Leadership, Intellectual and Moral Integrity.
