What qualities should be required for a student who wants to do multimedia course?

Preferably a creative & passionate person does good in this field, but please dont get confused between being creative and being good in art or drawing, to be creative , one need not compulsorily be good in art / drawing. also people with skills like acting/mimicry/photography skills seen to be doin

You need to creative and should have passion that what you require.

Creativity, Innovation and Imagination should be in your traits. Look for Admission in MAAC, IIDAA, CIT-K, Lovely professional University etc. For Good career.
