Firstly, the highly qualified, talented and acclaimed faculty form the interview panel and secondly the applicants are from varied graduation streams, so there cannot be specific set of question. The interviews always go spontaneously. However I can elaborate the interview parameters, which are as follows: The interview will be evaluated on the basis of following parameters: Communication Skills Fluency of Speech Grammatically Correct Capacity to Elaborate Clarity of Thought Career Orientation, Aspirations & Goals Clarity of Goals Confidence Leadership & Initiative General Awareness Current affairs and General knowledge. It is amply clear that interviewer sees the overall suitability of a student for the rigors of the programme. Some suggestions from my experience: Be real: do not pretend to be someone highly smart or intelligent, the interviewer has good experience in recognizing the over smart or bluffs. Be formal and prepared with your core subjects: This will give you confidence in interview, even if the questions pertaining to your syllabi are not asked. Remain to the point: Your explanations to any point must be brief but elaborate enough to display your intellect. Cross question: Your inquisitiveness on some points may impress the interviewer. SMILE: Maintain a smile in all cases, some sharp/weird/tough questions may be asked to SEE your temperament deliberately. These are what I can think off. Hello! I have done my MBA from Lovely Professional University. I will be sharing my experience and hope that helps you. Eligibility for admission at LPU is 55% in Graduation and LPU NEST. LPU NEST comprises of a test and interview. But due to COVID-19, LPU has relaxed the eligibility criteria and for admission in 2020 batch, you just have to qualify LPUNEST-Interview and also 55% in graduation. For admission you need to fulfill the eligibility criteria and qualify the interview as well. I will not say that admission in LPU is a cakewalk but it is not that tough as well. Sharing my experience of interview, you need to brush up your basics of graduation and be strong with the current affairs. There are going to be 2 rounds of interview. One will be based upon checking the communication skills and other will be checking your learning of graduation. The various parameters includes Fluency, Grammatical errors, elaboration of the concept, Clarity in thought process, Confidence, General Awareness, and leadership quality. In LPU when you sit for an MBA interview there are 2 panelists one from the core domain and the other from soft skills to assess you on speaking skills. Both the panelists will be rating you on the competency and a score will be generated. On the basis of the cut-off score only you will be considered as qualified or not.
