Questions might be on the resume, under graduation subjects, current affairs, specialization (if anything specific) into MBA, work experience, hobbies, extracurricular activities, achievements, leadership activities, internship experience, any projects (Live or academics).
Some of the general questions like:-
1. Tell me about yourself?
2. Why MBA?
3. Strengths and Weakness?
4. Biggest Achievement and Biggest Failure in Life till now?
5. What do you think about (any hot topic in current affairs)?
6. Long-term and short goals? -
For the personal interview, it has always been different for everyone. But some basics that you may want to clear up is the why IIM Indore, what's your strengths and weaknesses, your history and whatever were your goals or winning strategies etc.
The interview usually takes shape on the spot depending on these answers. For me, we ended up having a discussion about the political situation in India and our foreign relations. Also since I had full scores in Economics and Accounting, many of the questions came from that regard as well.
