It purely depends on the cut-off range as they change it every year. So, focus on the preparation and do well and achieve the best. -
I cannot say about the rank, and cut-off, as it keeps on changing every year. It totally depends on the number of students and the difficulty of the paper. If you have appeared for GATE this year then you can check on the site as they are showing it. That can give you a rough idea. -
