The answer depends on various aspects such as the NIT you want to go for, branch you are interested in, etc. but rank around 1 to 2 lakh also can get you into some NIT in some branch, ofcourse not a reputed NIT such as NITK, NITT, NITW, etc. Let the rank be generated, till the decide your branch. and then go for admissions. all the best -
For nit a score of 150 is good enough and for a specific college that may vary and choice of trade also may require different score
