Why are you focusing on rank? If you want to study aeronautical, then you should focus on basic i.e physics and Maths, and surely you will be able to score good rank to get into a College, else you can give UPES exam and take University of Petroleum and Engineering-Dehradun, as your College. You can get below 50k to get admission in aeronautical engineering. As it is very hard course, you must be good in your academics too. So, try hard and score well.
