The fact is that, WBJEE is raising its standards every year. WBJEE 2016 was a bit easier than JEE Mains 2016 for chemistry and physics (given the time factor and quality of questions). Mathematics may be of really good quality. So, a 135/200 in WBJEE 2016 may not be same as 135/200 in 2016 as minds are developing every year .
For JU CSE, you require a rank of under 150 (to be safe). So 135+/200 must be sufficient for that purpose, going by the 2016 WBJEE rank vs marks comparisons. But if you want top notch rank (within 30, say), you must target 150+/200. Keep your target high. Target 160, you'll score something over 140.
