DTU along with NIST falls under JAC and NIT falls under JoSAA. Therefore, both have separate counselling mechanism.
There will be a common merit list for DTU and NSIT prepared by JAC.

As per my idea, for DTU and NIT overall rank under 15000 is considered in merit-list suitable for NIT's and DTU. You need to have scored above 150 for assured seat in NIT.
