<p>The course is divided into four semesters, each of six months duration with written and practical examinations conducted at the completion of each semester.</p><p>The minimum requirement to apply for an M.Tech course at NIT Delhi is a Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in the relevant stream along with a GATE score.</p><p>NIT Delhi cutoff for all the M.Tech courses goes above 600 for general category candidates.</p>
