It varies every year, but the rough idea is that you should have below INR. 1 lakh.

You should need a minimum 70k rank in JEE Mains for getting secure admission in the University Institute of Engineering and Technology Kurukshetra University.

Every year it changes. It all depends on the number of students taking admission. But I guess for taking admission in CSE it must be within 1 lakh.
