BSc is just a basic degree on Computer Science. You may able to get junior developer role with BSc CS degree. It is recommended that for meaningful IT career you may plan education min upto MSc CS.

I think u have to go for b.tech computer science the best option if u want a nice placement but hard work is much important than a collage and a degree.
