What's better? Doing MBA continually after completing your bachelors or preferring to go for a job after Bachelors?

I have completed my engineering in honors. Now I have a job in my hand for which I want to proceed. But in another terms, I think, whether MBA is better continually after this. If not, what's the appropriate time to go for it? Should it be full-time or part-time?

Dear Ananya This is a very basic question which strikes all graduates. Pursuing MBA directly after graduation or taking up some work ex before MBA both have its pros and cons 1) If your graduation score is good and CAT/ MAT score is good also.you will get MBA admission in your desired college.you
