First of all congratulations! I will recommend you to go with CSE from IIT Mandi, but in that case only if you have a keen interest in computer science and engineering. Don't think about placements yet. After coming to IITs, you will definitely be no longer thinking about it. I will suggest you to opt for any old IIT. Among your options, Mechanical in IIT-Roorkee seems to be the best option. Mechanical is a great core branch. Also, if you will perform well in IIT,
