    Both are equally good. It is only a matter of choice. MBA finance and HR are both in equal demand. Choose what you think is more interesting. If you are thinking about doing the course from a particular college then talk to the seniors in the respective streams about placements. That will give you some insight into the matter. Dual Specialization courses are now not very popular. Companies when recruit for a post will only want a certain specialization and will prefer the one with that.

    Take dual specialization. It will increase your opportunity to get placed in big companies.

    This dual trend started in early 2000 and is now no more a corporate favorite.
    This is the age of specialization, don't dilute your core competencies, go for the subject you are more passionate about, placements follow those who excel. I would suggest you visit this portal and listen to their channel, STUDIO 3 that airs talk shows by CEOs and HR heads of fortune 500 companies, where they talks about career planning and hiring.
