what's make pgdm differ from mba+pgpm program . is it worth to invest two year in mba+pgpm program.?

In India only approved universities can award MBA degree. B Schools which are autonomous and approved by various approving authorities award PGPM degree. Theses B Schools have liberty to have their own industry aligned syllabus. Some B School follows their own syllabus and award PGPM and also allows
