Hi,
First of all, decide whether your interest is more theoretical oriented or practical oriented. CA is the one who specialises in taxation, auditing and accounting, a majority of the subjects are practical. Company Secretary is a specialist of law, drafting and compliances. A majority of the subjects are theoretical. There's no such thing as easy or hard. Both are almost at the equal level and require the same level of hard work and understanding. What is a CA? Chartered Accountant is an international accounting credential that you earn by following a course of study and passing an examination administered by the Chartered Accountant Institute in your country of certification. CAs Are accounting experts in Non-United States GAAP and perform detailed accounting functions within an organisation or governmental entity. Most countries outside the US have their own institute.
