Firstly remove hesitation and use a lot of simple sentences in your daily lives . Listen carefully and daily use a new word .I want to say that english is very simple language

Have the confidence to start speaking it, maybe initially you may make grammatical mistakes or mis-pronounce the words but the best way to master it is to accept correction from one who knows the language.

Mastering a language that means command over a language comes with practice and continous exposure to the language. Read newspapers aloud (in a vocal tone), converse in the language, read novels and literary articles. Over a period of time u will certainly advocate the language.
