What's the best choice of a PG college for Civil engineering student who passed B.Tech with 8.33 CGPA in the year 2019 (NO GATE)?

I didn't appear in GATE because I had no immediate plan to go for M.Tech last year. I had already completed a 3 year Diploma course before that, so it was starting to feel stretchy. But now I want to seriously become a professor of Civil Engineering Drawing. I am from West Bengal by the way.

If you wants to go in teaching profession than M.Tech will be the right option because this will enhance your confidence level and teaching skills.
