What's the best place for MS in CS/ IT abroad, by quality of study & university, cheap fee and living cost & after completion job opportunit

I want to do Master from abroad. PLease let me know the best country to do my Masters in Computer science or IT. which will be god in terms of standard of course and university, and low fee and living cost and getting job in that country after completion.

Hi Dibyojyoti, As you are interested in pursuing a course in CS/IT, you can look for countries such as US, UK etc. However, as you have asked this question under Germany, I would like to say that Germany is a country known for its technical advancements such as Automobile, Mechanical engineering.
