What's the consecutive three years in IIT JEE Mains? I sat in 2016, can I sit again for JEE in 2019 after completing polytechnic?

  • Hello Maneesh,
    No, you cannot. There are 3 attempts for JEE Mains and 2 for JEE Advanced.
    So, if you appeared for the same in 2016, then you can appear for JEE Mains in 2017 and 2018 only and for Advanced, you can appear in 2017 only.
    Consecutive means the next two years.
    So, right now you are not eligible to appear for JEE Mains 2019.
