What's the cut off for sc ?if he gets 50 in jee and 97.5 percent in board can he get even in iiits or nits

NITs not possible but for SC category iiits may be becoz its depends on your All India Rank declared by Jee.

IITs,ISM for top 10 thousand student clear by jee advanced and after they got NITs,IIITs and then CFTIs.
