There is no prescribed minimum cut-off score for any test. All students can appear for the process irrespective of their scores. For PGDM, you must have somewhere above 70 percentile to get a call. The conversion depends on your performance in GD/PI and for MMS you must have above 97 percentile based on the cutoffs last year. This may increase this year. All the best.
