The difference between two are hotel management degree is about a student studying about 4 core departments of the hotel like Food Production, Food and Beverage Service, Front Office and Housekeeping with this other trades also like HR, Computer Allied Operations and many. This is a course emp

Yes. You have decided to specialise in one field so go ahead. I wanted to explore four core department as a whole so I choose Hotel Management. When a student aks me he wants to be a chef I directly say him to do culinary courses.
