AP EAMCET is an entrance examination conducted by AP government for graduating in engineering colleges in Andhra Pradesh.
Similarly, TS EAMCET is for the engineering colleges in Telangana State and for the admission in JNTUH College of engineering Autonomous, TSEAMCET score is considered. And, specializations like B-Tech, CSE require a rank below 1000. -

JNTUH is located in Hyderabad, in Telangana. Hence it conducts TS EAMCET for admission to various engineering colleges in Telangana. You should go through the eligibility criterias before applying for admission.
