What's the difference between BE degree and B.Tech degree? Does Anna University provide B.Tech in CS?

    Hey Rinni,
    There is no difference between both. Universities offering other courses along with technical name it as B.E. Otherwise it is named as B.Tech. Anna university offers engineering programs. Also some other universities offering engineering and have the best placements.

    For example, In B.E we can make use of direct formulas for solution. I mean it is application oriented. Whereas B.Tech deals with derivation of formulas. There is no much difference as much.

    There is no difference technically. It is nomenclature which differs.
