What's the difference between CSE branch and computer science and information technology branch in colleges like ABES, KIET?

    Overall course is same but there are much more placements in CSE.

    CS and IT are not much different from each other. There is only a difference of about 2 papers in the syllabus as far as I remember. But nonetheless, CS stream is preferred over IT, but it won't matter if you become a good coder. Do upvote if you like the answer.

    There is big difference in placement record. CS have better placements then that of IT but course is same for both.
