Computer science engineers are related to the study of the core computer applications. They are focused with the theory of computational applications. That means they understand the “why” behind computer programs. IT professionals are the users of technology. IT utilizes existing operating systems to work. However engineering in both the disciplines gives you almost the same opportunities but you can choose as per your interest. A few good universities to consider -
