What's the difference between subjective and objective type questions?

Subjective questions involve long answer type questions, like the ones you write in your school. Whereas in objective type, you are given options and you've to choose the correct option. It may be a single choice or a multiple choice answer.

Subjective type questions: The candidate have to answer the question completely with a proper logic (exam like CBSE board, etc.) Objective type questions: Options are given and explanation may or may not be required.
