    Both degrees are of 2 years duration and full time. MMS stands for Masters in Management Studies and is a 2 year management degree program that is approved by All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE). MBA stands for master in business administration is a 2 year degree course that is designed to fulfill industry's demands and includes in-depth study of subjects like marketing, finance, HR, operations, and in case of Welingkar Rural, Retail, Healthcare, Media Entertainment, Business Analysis.     PGDM is Post Graduation Diploma in Management while MMS is Masters in Management Studies. The later one will be having curriculum, exam pattern,fees according to Mumbai University while the former one is an autonomous program offered by Weschool. Placements for both the courses are same.
