What's the difference between thermal, refrigeration and HVAC courses? What are their scope in India & abroad?

Is there any better choice for Mechanical? I'm about to complete Mechanical Engineering in few months and confused about which course would be better from design, HVAC, etc? I'm interested in thermal stuffs and also in designing stuff (ansys, catia, etc). I want to pursue MS after some experience.
